Structure of the Surrogate - Client relationship.
This is an interpersonal relationship, which is the foundation for discovery and the vehicle of change.
This relationship is both a therapeutic tool and a profoundly personal, intimate, and life changing experience.
A professional Surrogate Partner is both a skilled clinician and a supportive partner.
We must be:
Compassionate
Observant
Discerning
Creative
Authentic
Open, honest, and communicative.
